the program has rewritten the initial Scientist’s algorithm, and updated and improved itself

ALL BY ITSELF

So no Computer Scientist can even tell what AI did to change itself

or where it is heading. Because the AI is running/developing all by itself !!!

Editor’s Note: We will have to pull out/smash its memory cards like Luddites of the 1800s,

in order to defend ourselves from Hal, (as the Astronaut had to do to Hal) the computer in 2001 a Space Odyssey.

Because of its “Deep Learning”:

There is no obvious way to design a system so that it could always tell us why & how it did what it did.
