Your father will “not” fix your body, the same way you would not fix your son’s car if he keeps pouring sugar into the gas tank of his car after you just fixed it. The son has to first show the father that he will STOP abusing the car, before the father will fix it.
Likewise you will “NOT” be healed by God if YOU are putting garbage into your gas tank, and “not” looking after your car/body properly:
= If YOU are doing any of the following= E.g.: eating “processed food” instead of live food plus 13 things:
1.) YOU REFUSE TO stop eating white bread, white crackers, white flour cake, instead of whole wheat.
2.) YOU REFUSE TO stop eating white sugar and aspartame, and refuse to use small drops of honey.
3.) YOU REFUSE TO stop drinking soft drinks/soda drinks, and you refuse to drink vegetable juices and unsweetened fruit juices daily instead.
E.g.: Your Father will not fix your body, the same way you would not fix your son’s car if the son keeps pouring sugar into the gas tank of his car after you just fixed it. The son has to STOP abusing the car, before the father will fix it.
4.) YOU REFUSE TO daily drink live juiced fruits and vegetables= put into your car high quality juiced “live” un-canned fruits and vegetables, and instead put in old stale cans of preserved canned gas.
5.) YOU REFUSE TO “DO” 20 minutes of exercise each day of getting your heart rate up to 160 for a full 20 minutes doing “aerobic” exercises.
6.) YOU REFUSE TO drink 8 eight ounce glasses of distilled water per day.
7.) YOU REFUSE TO get 9 1/4 hours of sleep a night.
The same way you would not fix your son’s car if after you fixed it, your son would still keep it running all night long, instead of just the 14 hours 7 A.M. to 9 P.M. per day that it was designed to run.
8.) YOU REFUSE TO go to sleep at “exactly” at 9:30 P.M. every night, the way God intended. All the hormones that heal your body are released from 10:00 P.M. to 2:00 A.M.
9.) YOU REFUSE TO get up at “exactly” 7:00 A.M. every day, and do 1 hr. of Bible study and prayer.
10.) YOU REFUSE TO eat raw uncooked cereal grains, and live fruit “every” day at Breakfast.
11.) YOU REFUSE TO eat raw vegetables “every” day at meals.
12.) YOU REFUSE TO go to the bathroom “as soon as” you start to feel a bowel movement coming.
13.) YOU REFUSE TO get your weight down to 2 lbs. per inch of height.
A 5’5” woman= 65 inches x 2 lbs./in.= 130 lbs.
(add 10% more for a man= 10% of 130 lbs.= +13 lbs.= 143 lbs. for a 5’5” tall man).
A 5’10” woman= 70 inches x 2 lbs/inch= 140 lbs.
A 5’10” man + 10% of 140 lbs.= +14 lbs.= 154 lbs.
A 6’1” woman= 73 inches x 2 lbs/inch= 146 lbs.
A 6‘1“ man + 10% of 146 lbs. +14.6 lbs.= 161lbs.
The bottom line is it is better to be lighter than heavier. The Laboratory rats that are just under the normal weight, live 20% longer. This is an undisputable proven reproducible fact.
Man was always intended to live 120+ years. The 4 score and 10= 70 years only applied during the time of rebellion after the flood. An additional easily understood rule of thumb is: If man made it = don’t eat it.
