***Protocol states to:
Drink 4 oz. of citrus juice (orange or grapefruit), 20 minutes before taking silver; but then on the list of foods the Protocol states to “avoid” citrus fruits.
***"Yes", you are to "avoid" citrus as a "big" component of your diet BECAUSE
you take 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar instead of a "heavy" citrus diet.
That is because you just want to "tilt" the pH of the body, to fool the body.
Do not take more than a teaspoon (5 cc) of the apple cider vinegar per
day, because the body will then put the pH back to normal. Taking "over" 1
teaspoon of apple cider vinegar will "not" fool the body, and the body will
recognize the "over" 1 teaspoon and try to put the pH back to normal.
***That 4 oz. of citric juice is all that one wants to take 20 minutes before taking the silver, (along with taking 5 cc ((1 teaspoon)) of apple cider vinegar per day).
Do "not" have an acidic diet
***It is the pH of the body that you are trying to "tilt" to the acidic, but NOT to make the body "overly" acidic, but just to "tilt" that body pH towards the acidic, without causing the body to be "overly" acidic.
The Protocol states this because bacteria thrive in an alkaline environment and the Protocol wants to insure that your body is not overtly alkaline.
Therefore what one should do is follow the Protocol:
1.) Take the 4 oz. of orange or grapefruit juice, 20 minutes before taking the silver.
2.) Take 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar per day.
3.) Avoid an acidic diet.
NB: For the basic population that does "not" have the Lyme Disease bacteria Borrelia Burgdorferi presenting, or any other form of Borrelia of the various irregularly coiled helical spirochetes of the genus Borrelia presenting:
One should always maintain an alkaline Ph and "not" tilt the body toward the acidic.
