Daniel 9:24 Explained
Dated to "the first year of Darius son of Ahasuerus, by birth a Mede" (Daniel 9:1),
as king of Babylon between Belshazzar and Cyrus the Great
24 “Seventy weeks3 are decreed about your people and your holy city, to finish kthe transgression,
to put an end to sin, land
to atone for iniquity,
mto bring in everlasting righteousness, to seal both vision and prophet,

nto anoint a most holy place.4ESV
To Anoint a Most Holy Place means to
put Christ’s Blood dripping and drenching
on the West Mercy Seat
of the Ark of the Covenant.
Told by the angel Gabriel that the 70 years should be taken to mean seventy weeks (literally "sevens") of years.[19]
Verse 1 sets the “time” of Daniel's vision as the "first year of Darius son of Ahasuerus, by birth a Mede",[20 Reigning from 532 B.C.
BUT
the 490 years (70 weeks) started on:
The decree which Artaxerxes I, gave to Ezra, would have been given during that winter of 458-457 B.C.,
and the journey took place during the spring and summer of 457 B.C.
490 years – 457 B.C.= In 33 A.D.
Gabriel said to Daniel, “Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the word to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times” (Dan 9:25). Therefore: Daniel 9:25 states that:
The starting point was to be a going forth of a “word” (Hebrew abar) to restore Jerusalem.
FACT that the Ark of the Covenant is 20’ below the Crucifixion Site
And cannot be touched by man because 4 angels are always there, appointed by God to Guard it, and have in the past, (many times), killed any unauthorized person who touches it.
The MEANING of Dan 9:24 is that:
Yahushua’s Blood ran onto the “MOST” Holy
(the “MOST” Holy thing/physical object in the whole world is=
The Ark of the Covenant.
Yahushua’s Blood is the “only” thing that was worthy of Anointing the Mercy Seat of The Ark of the Covenant.
Yahushua’s Blood when he was speared in the heart, ran through a crevice below the Tree, 20 feet down through the crevice, and ran onto the Mercy Seat, of The Ark Of The Covenant.
(The human body of mature average sized men, holds 6 quarts of blood which is over a gallon and ½= more than enough to drench the Mercy Seat in Blood).
1 Jn 4:10 Propitiation “MEANS”/is tied to = “Mercy Seat” when you study and consider ALL THE FACTS in the Bible.
BECAUSE
His BLOOD was the propitiation for our sins.
It means Placation, Appeasement, Mollification
BECAUSE
His Blood ran onto the Mercy Seat of the Ark of the Covenant, as the Payment for our sins, thus validating the New Testament no longer having animal sacrifices.
His “sinless” Blood covered all our sins as it spilt/dripped/ran onto the Mercy Seat, by covering the Mercy Seat with His Blood thus validated the New Covenant (of Yahushua being “our” Sacrifice Lev 16:14 sprinkle the Blood of the Bull onto the Mercy Seat).
The Blood of Bulls was ALWAYS only to be sprinkled on the Eastern Side Of the Ark on the “Eastern” Mercy Seat, NEVER on the Western Side, thereby leaving the Western Side of the other Mercy Seat on the Ark to be covered with Christ’s Blood= a beautiful parallel Superior Sacrifice.
Ps 77:13 Your way, O god is in the sanctuary= The Ark of the Covenant was placed in the Holy SANCTUARY of God’s Temple= Our Salvation was to come from Yahushua’s Blood being applied onto the vacant Western Side of the Ark on the West Mercy Seat BECAUSE the Blood of Bulls was only to be thrown to the East, onto the East Mercy Seat that was in the Temple’s Sanctuary. Bulls were slain on the Altar and their Blood was collected and taken to the Mercy Seat which was in the Temple Sanctuary.
To ANOINT the Mercy Seat with Christ’s Blood IS to fulfill/AUTHORIZE the New Covenant with the 10 Commandments HOUSED below the Mercy Seat.
