Say to Police: "I'll be happy to answer all of your questions

in the presence of Counsel".

And if anyone you don’t know calls you on the phone, then tell them:

I do NOT give out information on my telephone.

Do NOT answer “ANY” police questions “Including where are you coming from?” E.g.: BECAUSE if you say you are coming from a restaurant, you can end up being given a breathalyzer test to see if you had wine with your meal. One answer will lead to “another” question, until they trap you into saying something you don’t intend to.

Do NOT NOT NOT talk to police. State: I choose to remain silent.

When at home:

Do NOT talk to anyone who calls you on the phone and even if they are calling from a Bank= because “all” your information will be sold to another financial institution.

E.G.: What you think is a simple harmless question, such as: “Do you have stress paying attention to your mortgage in these trying times”. Because the next thing that happens is that your answer shows them that you OWN a home, and the next thing you know is that some other company files a LIEN against your home!

Do NOT NOT NOT talk to people that you don’t know, ESPECIALLY when you answer your telephone. A seemingly harmless question can get you a LIEN on your house.

So do 3 things:

1.)  Shut up.

2.)  Keep shutting up.

3.)  Shut up some more.
