The conclusion of Paul to his argument will help us maintain a spiritual unity of OBEDIENCE to God’s “WRITTEN” WORD.
"If anyone seems to be contentious, we have no such custom, nor do the Churches of God" :16.
“Woe to the rebellious children, saith the Lord, that take counsel, but not of me; and that cover with a covering, but not of my spirit, that they may add sin to sin.” We can see here that the Spirit of God is our covering. He warned those that sought any “covering” other than His Spirit. This should speak plainly to us that our covering is not to be found in men. Isaiah 30:1.
AND God’s warning is:
16 Thus says the Lord:
"Stand by the roads, and look,
and ask for g the ancient paths,
where the good way is; and walk in it,
h and find rest for your souls.
But they said, 'We will not walk in it.'
17 i I set watchmen over you, saying,
'Pay attention to j the sound of the trumpet!'
But they said, k 'We will not pay attention.'
18 Therefore hear, O nations,
and know, O congregation, what will happen to them.
19 Hear, O earth; behold, I am bringing disaster
upon this people,
l the fruit of their devices,
because they have not paid attention to my words;

Conclusion
Attention MEN:
Men, “YOU” don’t put on a woman’s dress, nor a woman’s veil as a Prayer Shawl to cover your head, WHEN you are in/go to Services, nor when praying at home. Period.
Attention Women:
Women should put on a head covering when in Services.

You women attract demons when you UNCOVER your head. Uncovering is a promotion and invitation to sexuality.
The angels fell by lust for mortal women, which was the Jewish way of interpreting Genesis 6:1, 2. This is the view of Tertullian ('De Virg. Vel.,' 7) in writing on this subject. A woman, in the opinion and traditions of Oriental Jews, is liable to injury from the shedim, if she appears in public unveiled; and these evil spirits delight in the appearance of unveiled women.

Good angels, (being under the possibility of falling from the same cause as their evil brethren), fly away at once from the presence of unveiled women.
But the evil demons will notice you and lust for you, and follow you around, if your long beautiful hair isn’t covered up. Long hair is part of a women’s beauty/attractiveness.
…do you think it right and proper for a woman to pray to God bare-headed? Isn’t there a natural principle here, that makes us feel that long hair is disgraceful to a man, but of glorious beauty to a woman? We feel this because the long hair is the cover provided by nature for the woman’s head.
