PROOF from God

that the earth

is NOT a spinning ball/globe:

During Joshua 10’s battle:

God commanded and STATED that the sun stood still.

God did not state that the earth should stand still,

BECAUSE the earth is always still/unmovable/not moving.

“Sun, stand still at Gibeon; and thou, Moon, in the valley of Ajalon” (KJV) biblewithlife.com.
God answered, and the sun “stood still” and the moon “stopped” until the battle was won.

The text says the sun “delayed going down about a full day” (Joshua 10:13)

and that “there has never been a day like it before or since” (Joshua 10:14) Christian Answers Network.

This is one of the most famous examples of God commanding the “sun” to stop.
