October 29^TH, 2011, Sermon Transcript

1.) Welcome brethren around the world. The Obedient Church of God is preaching live from 1stcenturychristian.com and www.theworldtomorrow.org to all the nations for people to listen to God’s heart.

2.) TOCOG is the “short work” of Romans 9:28 telling people to stop breaking God’s heart so His Kingdom will come in.

3.) Men have the unmitigated gall to change Father’s Bible and they don’t realize they are doing it, especially in the Worldwide Churches of God who think they are so righteous.

4.) We are not supposed to learn the ways of the Gentiles and yet “Turkey Day,” that is misnamed Thanksgiving, is coming up. Christians should teach the Gentiles not to observe Turkey Day and instead teach them to observe the Feast of Tabernacles.

5.) Jeremiah 10:2 says, “Learn not the way of the heathen (Gentiles).”

6.) In Galatians 4:8-10, “When you knew not God, you did service unto them which by nature are no gods. But now, after you have learned God, or rather are known of God, how turn you again to the weak and beggarly elements whereunto you desire again to be in bondage?” (Turkey Day was around in the First Century. It was Baal-Osiris Day. It’s always been around.)

7.) Today, October 29, 2011, is a “double day” of celebrating the seventh-day Sabbath and the New Moon Day. It is the first day of the 8^th month of the Hebrew calendar, named Bul, but called Chesvan by the Jews.

8.) We enter the throne room of God in prayer. Facing the North we stand, raise our hands to Father, bow our heads, and pray.

9.) Each month TOCOG has a new set of songs to sing. We begin with page 49, “The Servant’s Prayer” for we need to know the way to go. We sing to Father. On page 66 we “Praise the Eternal” followed by “Hallelujah Praise God,” page 114 in the book.

10.) “Turkey Day” was around in Paul’s day in the First Century. It’s a harvest home festival to Baal, in Egypt to Osiris-Ra, and all the nations. And they observed this festival to their gods to guarantee another good harvest in the new year. Research on the harvest home festival is in every encyclopedia of the world.

11.) The Obedient Church of God doesn’t keep “Turkey Day.” God’s people have the Feast of Tabernacles.

12.) Galatians 4:12 says, “Brethren I beseech you, be as I am (become like me). Paul did not celebrate Turkey Day.

13.) When a person urges people to obey God’s Word, verse 16 of Galatians 4 says, “Am I therefore become your enemy, because I tell you the truth?”-about pagan days.

14.) Galatians 5:1 tells the people, “Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ has made us free, and be not entangled with the yoke of bondage.” (paganism)

15.) That goes for Mother-goddess day. We have to have the tenacity to put God before our children and explain to them this is a pagan day. Then we hang up on them when they call on Mother’s Day to wish us a happy day.

16.) If we accept our children’s good wishes on Mother’s Day, acquiescence is the same as agreement without protest. If we say “Thank you so much for wishing me a happy Mother-goddess Day,” we are agreeing with the meaning of the pagan day.

17.) The same is with Sky Father’s Day. We must not accept our children’s calls on this day. We are supposed to put God before our children’s feelings, and obey Him so we don’t end up in the Lake of Fire for acquiescing to these days.

18.) “Turkey Day” is coming and if we are practicing things that are not in the Bible, we are jumping into a mud puddle, which makes us dirty and “spotted.” And if we jump into false doctrine, we will be dirty, dirty, dirty! Father will not accept a dirty “bride.” We have to be blameless before God.

19.) Our doctrines are a sign that we are one of Father’s and have to be legitimate. They have to be in the Bible in order for us to follow them.

20.) The only exception was Purim, which was a celebration party day of rejoicing over a victory of life during the days of Queen Esther. It had no religious significance to it in terms of pagan gods.

21.) Purim never existed before it was invented, unlike Turkey Day, which has been around for 4-5,000 years and can’t be refuted because it’s in all the encyclopedias.

22.) We can’t change the writings of the Bible. Deuteronomy 12:32 says do not add to it.

23.) Some of the leading ministers are supposed to be our shepherds, and these “sinisters” can quote the Psalms, “The Lord is my shepherd;” but they don’t know the shepherd because they don’t follow the Shepherd’s ways.

24.) There is a story about two flocks of sheep that got mixed up on the road. The shepherds couldn’t sort them out and pull them apart. So the two shepherds stood on opposite ends of the road and when the sheep were called, they immediately went to the correct shepherd and the flocks were separated. This is a true account.

25.) Each of us needs to learn to be a sheep that follows a shepherd that follows every jot and tittle of God’s Bible. I must follow a church that is following every jot and tittle of God’s Word.

26.) We have to come into The Obedient Church of God because all the other churches are disobedient: the Living Church of God, the United Church of God, the Philadelphia Church of God, Triumph Prophetic Ministries are all disobedient brats.

27.) We can’t get into religious relativism. It won’t work. We have to be unspotted from the world.

28.) All these churches are jumping the Sabbath Day to the sixth-day in half of the world. And that’s a fact. This can’t be denied. They have members in Australia, the Philippines, China, Japan, and Pakistan who are celebrating the Sabbath on the sixth- day and the ex-Worldwide Church of God’s leaders approve of this. They have got to repent and start following the Shepherd Yeshua.

29.) If they do right they will be praised, but if they continue to be obstinate and do wrong, they will be reprimanded.

30.) The Obedient Church of God is a work that is going viral. It is continually growing. Now if these church denominations want their name from being on TOCOG’s broadcast, they must repent.

31.) And they can’t sue TOCOG because TOCOG is speaking the truth, stating the facts that these church denominations have moved the seventh-day Sabbath to the sixth-day in half the world.

32.) If the light of the Bible shines on you, well, you’d better change. How do they have the unmitigated gall to change God’s Sabbath to the sixth-day in half the world? From Paul’s time for 1800 years the Sabbath was on the seventh day, after the sun went down on the sixth-day.

33.) In 1883 the International Date Line was put in and the Jewish rabbis changed the Sabbath day to the sixth-day. The Churches of God can’t do likewise and move the Sabbath day to the sixth day.

34.) We need to have a right attitude on this. In John 14:16 Jesus said he would pray the Father, and He will give us another comforter (helper), that He might abide with us forever—the Spirit of Truth.

35.) The Obedient Church of God has to give the milk of the Word to these “sinisters” because they haven’t even got the Sabbath day right. So let’s send them another helper. Jesus promised us another helper.

36.) John 14:17 tells that the world cannot receive the Spirit of Truth because they neither see him nor know him. For you know him because he dwells with you and will be in you.

37.) Bear Note: The “helper” is the Spirit of Truth.

38.) Again. John 14:16 says, “I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter…the Spirit of Truth.” This isn’t some nebulous helper, but Spirit of Truth.

39.) Of course, the world can’t receive the helper because the world is under the spell of Satan the Devil and they can’t understand. The whole world is deceived by him. Read Revelation 12:9.

40.) God’s obedient servants understand they can’t move the seventh-day Sabbath to the sixth-day. If they did that, then Yeshua will arrive in Australia before he arrives in Jerusalem on the Mount of Olives. This is right because west of the International Date Line the day has been jumped ahead a day.

41.) So when Yeshua arrives at the Mount of Olives, He will already have arrived the day before in the Philippines or in Australia or in New Zealand or in Pakistan. See how ridiculous it is to jump the Sabbath day ahead. The world cannot understand; they can not receive the truth of what the Bible says. But the off shoots of the Worldwide Church of God can understand.

42.) Three things have happened to the “ex-Worldwiders:” they were called, they were chosen, but are they faithful?

43.) 1. People are called and if they respond; 2. They are chosen when they get baptized, and repent; and 3. Then if they are faithful, when rediscovered truth comes along; 4. Then they are in the Kingdom.

44.) What is my spiritual condition? Am I faithful? Faithful to what? Am I faithful to every jot and tittle of God’s Word, faithful to Deuteronomy 12:32 by not adding one day to God’s Word?

45.) If we love God, we will keep His commandments. John 14:15. And verse 23 says, “If a man loves me (Yeshua), he will keep my words. He who does not love me does not keep my words.”

46.) What are the Bible’s words in Deuteronomy 12:32? You are not to add a Harvest Home Festival. You don’t love Father if you want a Turkey-day.

47.) TOCOG will keep preaching until the people change. This is a war that we’re in and we have to use the “sword” of the Word. People are getting cut up by the sword of the word. The sword of the word is going to slash all the “ex-Worldwiders,” unless they get on board with Yah’s way.

48.) Yeshua is going to have somebody as a bride, as a partner. Mr. Nowell has had partnerships, but he has never gotten married. He had a hand in raising two daughters that weren’t his own, so he has been in a partnership.

49.) A person has to be very careful as to who he picks as a partner. So be very careful of who you pick as your minister and be sure he isn’t a “sinister.”

50.) If these “ex-Worldwiders” don’t respond, then TOCOG will cast their net down on the other side. Remember, one of the signs of Yeshua’s coming is the full number of the Gentiles has to be called in.

51.) The Obedient Church of God has a church in Pakistan; and on TOCOG’s internet site there are pictures of the members as they celebrated the feast. So TOCOG is working with the Gentiles, and they are wonderful people, and they are very teachable.

52.) They are following the Sabbath Day on the seventh-day now, and they are following Yah’s feast days, they are following the new moon day and the Kiddush. They are observing everything that TOCOG is following. They do not observe any pagan days.

53.) The warnings that TOCOG broadcast should not be taken lightly. Some of these things shouldn’t be hard to understand.

54.) Let’s go to II Peter 3:16, “As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood which they that are unlearned (untaught) and unstable wrest (twist)…unto their own destruction.” As they also do to the rest of the scriptures. Scriptures can’t contradict themselves, nor be added to.

55.) II Peter 3:17 says, “You therefore, beloved, seeing you know these things before, beware lest you also, being led away with the error of the wicked (of the 21^st century), fall from your own stead- fastness.” (of the first century)

56.) Verse 18, “ But grow in grace and in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. (This goes especially to congregatons that have locked themselves into 1972 doctrines of the Worldwide Church of God, and haven’t grown in anything since 1972.)

57.) Here is a command, “Grow in knowledge.” If people won’t change anything since 1972, they are not growing in knowledge, because TOCOG is teaching many things.

58.) TOCOG has “Bear Notes.” A member on the executive needs to type up the “Bear Book” that will have all the rediscovered truths of the Bear Notes. There must be over fifty of them now. (Mr. Armstrong only had 18.) These Bear Notes shows we are growing in knowledge.

59.) And we are also to be found “without spot.” Read II Peter 3:14 for it says, “Be found without spot.” So don’t say it doesn’t matter if you add a Turkey Day, or you can have a Sky Father’s Day or that you can have a Mother-goddess Day, or that you can move the Sabbath Day to the sixth-day and wait until Yeshua comes back to make things right’

60.) That excuse that you will wait until Yeshua comes back to restore all things, the Bible clearly states that Elisha will restore all things. And “Elisha” is somewhere on this earth right now: so is the “man of sin;”so are the “two witnesses;” so is the“false prophet.”Five people.

61.) Malachi 4:5 states, “Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord.” He is arriving. He has to be alive now and he has to be all grown up and be able to speak the words out of the Bible.

62.) People will be bombarded by Elijah also. It’s just a question of each of us paying attention. In John 14:16 Jesus said he would send us another helper.

63.) Bear Note: Who is the helper? The Spirit of Truth.

64.) We have to find someone who is preaching the Spirit of Truth, not the spirit of lies and religious relativism.

65.) We need to know about religious relativism because it is so important to our salvation. In religious relativism truth is whatever you want it to be. This is a sad situation.

66.) There are ministers who say that everyone is going to be in the kingdom because everyone is just doing his or her best. NO! Absolutely not! Because the only ones who will be in the Kingdom are the ones who are unspotted from the world.

67.) And all those who are outside are mentioned in Revelation 22, verse 15. “For without (the city)…are whoever loves and makes a lie.” Those who practice Sky Father’s Day, Mother-goddess Day, etc. are putting their children’s pagan ways above Yeshua.

68.) Revelation 21:27 tells who else will be outside the city. “And there shall in no wise enter into it anything that defiles, neither…makes a lie…” Ministers won’t be there causing lies.

69.) No one who causes a lie will enter the city, Revelation 21:27, and people won’t be in the city if they practice a lie, Revelation 22:15, that their minister tells them.

70.) Back in the 1980’s Mr. Nowell went to his minister and told him that he couldn’t be buying food on the Sabbath Day because he was hiring people and making them work. And he would be taking money out of his pocket and paying a bill on the Sabbath Day. So the minister was wrong on two counts.

71.) The minister’s answer was, “Headquarters has reviewed that and they say that’s fine.” So we’ll see all those Headquarter’s men by no means enter the Kingdom because they caused a lie. Revelation 21:15. That’s how serious it is.

72.) Ministers, don’t change begrudgingly that you can’t have the Sabbath-day broken by you heading into a restaurant. Be joyous that you have this new truth. And now you can teach people properly that they are not to go into restaurants on God’s day of rest.

73.) And then ministers won’t be branded in Revelation 21:27 and their members won’t be branded in Revelation 22:15.

74.) Ministers can’t sell their members a pack of lies for doctrine. Ministers who teach lies are putting their members in hell. They are professional “sinisters.” They are too proud to admit thy teach lies and if they change they do it be grudgingly.

75.) One time it took Mr. Nowell a year of teaching to get one minister to stop buying in restaurants on the Sabbath.

76.) The Obedient Church of God is now teaching about religious relativism in congregations.

77.) There is more than one type of relativism: there is objective relativism; there is moral relativism; and there is cultural relativism.

78.) The problem is that the implications of relativism is that if you don’t bend to the rules, then you, the messenger, get shot. They shoot the messenger because he won’t allow them to bend the rules.

79.) We need to know what relativism is and how it applies to the Churches of God.

80.) Religious relativism maintains that one religion can be true for one person or culture, but not for another. No religion is universally or exclusively true.

81.) Religious beliefs are an accident of birth. If a person grown up in America, chances are that he or she might become a “Christian.” If a person grows up in India, chances are good that he or she might become a Hindu; if in Saudi Arabia, that he or she will be a Muslim.

82.) If what a person believes is a product of historical happenstance of where the person lives, the argument goes that no single religious belief is universally or objectively true.

83.) THE BIBLE SAYS THERE IN ONLY ONE WAY.

84.) Who is the most powerful preacher in all of North America? Who has the most control and the most influence over people in North America? It is Oprah Winfrey, a great preacher.

85.) Oprah Winfrey has the greatest following of her doctrine that there are many ways to the kingdom, when the Bible says there is only one name under heaven by which a person can be saved. This should shock us, but this is religious relativism.

86.) What about objective relativism? This is the view that beliefs of a person or group of persons are true for them, but not necessarily for others. Ultimately, with this brand of relativism, no truth is universally objectively true or false. One person’s truth really amounts to opinion and can’t conflict with another person’s truth and still be valid.

87.) That’s where ministers say that all of the Worldwide offshoots have got their hearts in the right place and they are trying their best, they are all going to be in the Kingdom. No they’re not!

88.) Church members have to learn to be kings and priests and teachers. How can a person teach if he or she doesn’t have the doctrine correct? This person can’t be used because he or she is “spotted.” How can a person be used if he or she has the shameful attitude that is going to be changing things.

89.) Objective relativism is also known as “epistemological relativism.” One person’s truth (opinion) can conflict with another person’s truth (opinion) and still be valid. NOT TRUE!

90.) We have to learn these things so we can’t be fooled by ministers saying that everyone is going to be going into the Kingdom because they are trying their best. No! It doesn’t work that way. That’s a form of the manifestations of relativism. And it challenges the very existence of what we know the Bible says.

91.) Cultural Relativism says that what is immoral in our culture is not necessarily immoral in another country. This is obviously wrong. No one, therefore, can judge another’s moral values.

92.) Philosopher of science Michael Ruse, illustrates this view very well. Ruse refers to the once widespread East Indian practice of “suttee,” the burning of a widow on her husband’s funeral pyre, which was later outlawed by the Btritish.

93.) That may be what Westerners think, yet Ruse said it is wrong to judge the East Indians, to judge the suttee as a bad thing. Obviously, the same principle means we shouldn’t continue slavery in America, genocide in Africa, or female infanticide in China.

94.) There is one absolute law and if a person isn’t following the Torah, he or she won’t be in the Kingdom. It’s that simple.

95.) Now the problem that we in The Obedient Church of God run into is that when we nail these ministers down, and we generally leave the people alone because TOCOG goes for the head (the leadership), then TOCOG gets accused of being tolerant.

96.) To imply that other churches are wrong is terribly intolerant. No, it is not! The Bible tells us to rebuke and correct wrongs, especially when tolerance is popularly and erroneously defined as being open to and accepting all ideas. TOCOG is not open to and accepting other denomination’s ideas unless they are in harmony with Yeshua and His Word.

97.) The Obedient Church of God is not intolerant. TOCOG speaks up for the truth and the truth will set us free. The helper is the Spirit of Truth and we’ve been given the helper for passing on that Spirit of Truth to others in every way and in every day.

98.) In the implications of relativism is that persuasion is prohibited, at least on the religious front. No one is basically supposed to persuade other denominations. And it’s a taboo word that is known as proselytizing. And to others it is cramming religion down someone’s throat.

99.) The Obedient Church of God broadcasts are not Mr. Nowell’s religion; it’s Father’s religion, which is every word of the Torah, and it interprets itself. It’s not proselytizing or cramming our religion down someone’s throat, trying to persuade or evangelize another.

There is nothing about TOCOG’s broadcasts that should be prohibited, that persuasion should be prohibited.

100.) One of the implications of relativism is to keep your mouth shut and leave everybody alone with their religion. No. That’s not what Yeshua says. And that’s not what the Torah says. TOCOG is supposed to correct and supposed to rebuke. And TOCOG is supposed to give the sheep the Spirit of Truth.

101.) This brings us to the second implication. And that is being accused of being an exclusionist, and to be an exclusionist is wrong. It is not wrong. It is Father’s way. There is only one way and it is a narrow way, and narrow is the gate.

102.) First TOCOG has to get people through the narrow gate; once they go through the narrow gate, TOCOG has to keep people on the narrow path. Some ministers don’t do that. Given all the different offshoots of the “Worldwiders,” it’s gotten ridiculous.

103.) Realize TOCOG is not an exclusionist; we want everyone to be in harmony with Yahveh.

104.) So watch out for religious relativism where a minister says all the Worldwide offshoots whose hearts are in the right place will be in the Kingdom. The problem is they are all believing different doctrines; they are all “spotted.” Revelation tells us clearly that we can’t practice a lie, can’t teach a lie, or we won’t be in the Kingdom.

105.) We now know the different manifestations of relativism. Watch out for the ministers that try to shove it down your throat that they’ll all be in the Kingdom when they deny Father by their works. Realize different ministers are denying Father by works

106.) Each person is going to have to come face to face with Father. Each person is responsible and can’t say the minister taught us that. Wach one has to boldly say to the “sinisters” who are supporting their Devil ways with breaking God’s Sabbath in half the world because people have to get out of those denominations. The ministers won’t change. They won’t change. It’s unbelievable! You’d think it would be joyous to change.

107.) So this is the short work of Romans 9:28. TOCOG FOLLOWS EVERY WORD OF YAHVEH and has a relationship with Yahveh and with Father and we are their servants.

108.) Yahveh and Father are with us. They are giving us good information. We’re going to put up our Bear Notes.

110.) Each of us has to be a team with God. That’s the only hope each of us has, to be with Yeshua, or else into the Lake of Fire we go.

111.) It’s so important that I set my priorities correctly. TOCOG’s priorities are to keep moving forward with every jot and tittle of the truth. That’s our priority.

112.) No other congregation has the ability to get in harmony with Yah’s ways the way The Obedient Church of God does,becauseTOCOG has demonstrated that from day one.

113.) TOCOG has the new moon day as a celebration because Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob and David had new moon days as a celebration. Last night, October 28^th, 2011, was the kiddush and the new moon had been sighted in Jerusalem on the Sabbath Day.

114.) The new moon day is the same as the seventh-day Sabbath this new month.

115.) What is going on in the world?

116.) We want a glimpse into the future. It is called NFC-“Near Field Communications.”

The mark of the beast is coming in. Credit cards will be obsolete. Look overseas at Japan.

117.) For years the Japanese have been using their mobile phones to make payments, instead of pulling out a credit card. The people just wave their mobile phones over a device at the counter and it automatically deducts the money from their banks.

118.) Once they have trained the people to use their cell phones and wave them over the counter at the cashier, it will one a one short step to put the RF chip in a person’s hand to be used to make payments for purchases.

119.) The NFC, “Near Field Communications” is coming to America.

120.) This is not being told to people, but Mr. Nowell believes “Apple I phone 5” and

“I pad 2” have it in them. And other mobile devices are likely to have it in them also.

121.) The “Near Field Communications” is being sold to people. How do they sell it? First they tell you that it is free from theft. So since people lose their mobile phones all the time, their needs to be some unlocking password type entry that keeps a stranger from finding your mobile phone and draining your bank account by ringing up charges. So they are password protected.

122.) Second, they are going to take out the middle man. The different companies are thriving. For instance, Amazon is thriving because they have eliminated the need for retail stores with employees to sell books.

123.) So the NFC is going to be hurting the credit card companies that have the retail store purchases in terms of when you make a purchase, the credit card company make a charge for having the people use their credit cards on each sale.

124.) In Mr. Nowell’s business in one credit card company he has 2.30, another credit card company he has a rate of 2.60 and some companies have to pay 4% charge for having the people use their credit cards on each sale as a percentage of each sale. In a year those add up.

125.) With Mr. Nowell credit card charges add up for sure, and it’s not personal. It’s where he is selling a product. In selling a product Mr. Nowell supports the work of TOCOG. He is using the money from his silver corporation in order to support the religious work of broadcasting, and all of its associated costs.

126.) The point is the merchants will welcome this NFC technology because now they can use the cell phones in a mobile phone that doesn’t need the supervision of a credit card company.

127.) Remember with this new technology they are bringing in the New World Order and they are going to bring it in so everyone rejoices.

128.) Here is the secret. The demons and the New World Order are going to be brought in in stages. And this has been happening in Japan for years now. So people all over the world are going to have the mark of the beast on their hand.

129.) Right now Japanese people are using their cell phones by waving them over the top of the counter. This is a short step from putting a chip their hand so that the person can just wave his or her hand over the counter. And since that chip is in the person’s skin, it doesn’t have to be password protected, unless someone cuts off the person’s hand in order to steal the chip, and that couldn’t be good.

130.) They are bringing in the New World Order by having the NFC, the “Near Field Communication” for their customers. You’ll hear more about the NFC from the cellular phone companies. Changes will be made step by step by step.

131.) In the Middle East Gadhafi was killed. At first Mr. Nowell told everyone that Gadhafi would not leave Libya.

132.) On January 31, 2011, when there was rioting in the streets of Cairo, Egypt, everyone was saying Hosni Mubarak would stay in office as president. But Mr. Nowell said he would be gone. Then on February 2^nd Mr. Nowell said President Mubarak would be gone on February 9^th. Sure enough, on February 9^th he resigned, actually was ousted.

133.) Mr. Lawrence A. Nowell has great predictive abilities on seeing tends. And that is different from prophetical abilities. There are predictions and there are prophesies. Mr. Nowell is not speaking directly to God.

134.) Now there are “little voices” that we listen to and as long as those little voices are in harmony with the Bible, listen to those little voices. That’s the test.

135.) Every Christian should have that “little voice” in their head, and that’s the Spirit of Truth. And you know it’s the correct voice and where it is coming from if it agrees with the Bible.
