The Life Force is deranged by sleep deficit when the body is not reserved enough time to repair itself. Therefore the body becomes even more overwhelmed by the disease forces due to lack of time given it to repair itself.
Remember that you are a PATIENT and therefore you "MUST" strictly adhere to a 9:30 P.M.-10:00 P.M. lights out, because your body is sick; and it absolutely, positively, "MUST" have 9.25 hours in "every" 24 hour period to use its circadian rhythm to set the body clock to provide the normal healing functions that occure at nightime.
"If" the body is deprived of repair time, "then" the body will warn you by
producing abnormal signs and symptoms due to lack of sleep/repair time.
Once the normal circadian rhythms and functions of the body are
disturbed/changed by lack of 9.25 hours of sleep:
Then the body start behaving abnormally, and bizarre sensations of various
kinds are felt in "addition" to the initial disease manifestations.
The power of self-protection is diminished and the body becomes susceptible
to all manner of symptomatology.
That is why it is MANDATORY to set your circadian rhythm to normal by
getting prepared for bed at 9:30 P.M. and to "BE ASLEEP" by 10:00 P.M..
PATIENTS must be in readying for bed by 9:30 P.M. and asleep by 10:00 P.M..
Remember that YOU ARE A "PATIENT", and also know that even a well person must
have 9.25 hours of sleep according to the latest studies of August 2003.
Again:
PATIENTS must be in readying for bed by 9:30 P.M. and soundly asleep by 10:00
P.M..
There "ABSOLUTELY" positively "MUST" be a "minimum" of 9.25 hours of solid
undisturbed sleep.
What health problems are associated with decreased sleep?
Insomnia has been associated with many problems, some of which are directly related to the individuals health in addition to significant social complications.
At its extreme, sleep deprivation can lead to death. In fact* a potential consequence of sleep deprivation is the famous death through overwork, known as "Karoshi" in Japan.
Problems with memory and concentration are among the most common complications and should not be dismissed as being unimportant. A common manifestation of this are the word-finding difficulties (when one can't find the words one is thinking of). Another manifestation is people also get irritable with lack of sleep.
Among the most pressing social complications is marriage related problems. There are higher divorce rates in people with sleep problems. On the other hand it has been estimated that the cost to society of sleep disorders that includes lost productivity, absenteeism at work, people getting into accidents, the cost of medications for sleeping pills or for stimulants amount to billions of dollars a year.
A new study sheds light on the importance of sleep on mental performance.
German scientists at the University of Luebeck say they have demonstrated for the first time* first hard evidence that our
sleeping brains restructure memories before they are stored.
According to the study creativity and problem solving appear to be directly linked to adequate sleep.
In the study, which was published in a recent issue of the journal Nature, scientists found that volunteers taking a simple math test were three times more likely than sleep-deprived participants to figure out a hidden rule for converting the numbers into the right answer if they had eight hours of sleep.
The study involved 106 people divided into five separate groups. One group slept, another stayed awake all night, and a third stayed awake all day for eight-hour periods before testing following training in the main experiment. Two other groups were used in a supplemental experiment. The group that got eight hours of sleep before tackling the problem was nearly three times more likely to figure out the rule than the group that stayed awake at night.
The results also may shed light on the memory problems associated with aging because older people typically have trouble getting enough sleep, especially the kind of deep sleep needed to process memories.
Sleep deprivation can contribute to increased accidents, worsening health, and lower test scores. Experts are hoping this study would influence work attitudes in schools, employers and government agencies.

Mandatory items in the protocol above are an absolute must for effective amelioration of symptomatology. Optional items are an aid to the immune system in fighting disease along with the required items.
Once you are asymptomatic for yeast increase your dosage to 4 (four) teaspoons twice a day. (20 ml x 2 = 40 ml/day). Each teaspoon contains 5 ml. A measuring tablespoon is three teaspoons (15 ml) and a dinner or serving tablespoon is 10 ml.
Follow the treatment protocol until totally asymptomatic. Then continue for 1 (ONE) more month to insure it is totally in remission.
Tailor dosage to patient's symptomatology and length of infection. Acute cases should increase dosage to 60 ml/day until remission.
Other valuable items with this protocol are Blueberries and ginger. Chew on a slice of whole ginger root, or take ginger-honey tea if you can't tolerate ginger root.
In addition, the protocol called for avoiding milk, citrus products, alcohol, exessive caffine, and any avoidable stesses. The exception to the citrus was grapefruit seed extract.
For an additional list of food which exacerbates infection.
Lactobacillus Acidophilus should be taken 1/2 hour before food ingestion.
For children, the recommended dosage of Invive/Revive is 1 teaspoon twice daily per 30 lb of body weight.

Must include in your diet
Phytochemicals:
Phytochemicals
are the specific substances in fruits and vegetables that could be providing
the protection against disease.
1.)
A tomato, along with vitamin C, vitamin A and several minerals, also has 10,000
other chemicals in it, most of which researchers are still trying to isolate,
study, and identify.
The
phytochemicals that researchers have uncovered are changing the way we think
about food, especially fruits and vegetables. For example,
2.)
Broccoli contains a substance that may “prevent“, even cure, breast cancer.
Citrus
fruits have substances that make it easier for your body to “remove”
carcinogens, thus decreasing the chance of contracting cancer.
3.)
Grapes contain a phytochemical that appears to “protect” each cell’s DNA from damage.
4.)
Similarly, a number of vegetables contain phytochemicals that appear to offer protection against
“cancer-causing” substances. The list:
bok
choy
broccoli
brussel
sprouts
cabbage
cauliflower
carrots
collards
kale
kohlrabi
mustard
greens
beets
rutabaga
turnip
greens
peppers
garlic
onions
leeks
chives
The
above are but a few of the vegetables that appear to contain cancer- preventing
phytochemicals.
Summation:
The
problem, though, is that most of us don’t eat enough fruits and vegetables to
reap the benefits they offer. For example, although the National Cancer
Institute recommends
A.)
Five servings
of vegetables and
B.)
Three servings
of fruit each day.
The
truth is this:
The
average North American eats only 1 1/2 servings of vegetables and, on average,
no fruit on any given day.
It involves maturity as a balanced grown up adult, and
personal responsibility, to:
Eat properly, to prevent disease.
